Practicing thought leadership

Information is not scarce. It’s all about how you package and curate it. During trends presentations I talk about the concept of “easy experts”. We all want to put out high quality content with half of the learning curve. We are waiting longer for an institution to educate us when an industry professional has a blog or hosting a webinar. If you know what's in and out in your industry and are able to roughly forecast the disruptions ahead, don't shy away from establishing yourself as a thought leader.

We all want to put out high quality content with half of the learning curve. We are waiting longer for an institution to educate us when an industry professional has a blog or hosting a webinar. If you know what’s in and out in your industry and are able to roughly forecast the disruptions ahead, don’t shy away from establishing yourself as a thought leader. Consistently articulate your case studies from process to solution and you’ll have less struggle growing an audience. Transparency is given with mobile and social. Create value and double up in the long run with business development, speaking engagements and consulting.
